My Whimsies

I frequent thrift stores and second hand shops. The things that grab my attention are the little whimsical things that really have no value and very little use. I am always drawn to the handmade articles, the little things someone might have made as a gift. They are so charming with their unpolished look and originality.

For today's post I decided to show you some of the silly little things I have picked up over the years. They were probably passed by as too cutesy, too juvenile, to tacky, too unfinished or just plain useless, but I found something endearing in each one.
