A Visit to the Burlington Riverfront

This is a picture of the New Jersey riverfront in Burlington. You can see the Burlington-Bristol Bridge in the background. I've taken dozens of pictures of this bridge over the years. It spans the Delaware River and connects New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Our shadows, caught in the afternoon sun.

December Roses

Up until the first frost, I still had roses in my garden, but we had a hard frost a few days ago and the roses are gone, but their memory lingers on.
And this little petunia was still blooming in my window box. What more could anyone ask of December than roses?

Another Day in the Park

I seem to be spending a lot of time in parks lately. It is just that time of year that I love so much. My children and I went to the park a little before dusk and it was really pretty. This is about the only view of me that anyone seems to catch these days.
Two of my three daughter, the oldest and youngest. Aren't they beautiful? I love the pink boots.
Some flora in the park.
And the amazing moon caught in my little Canon G9. I love this little camera.

There was an accident in front of my house, the police car lights were flashing and I noticed the bottles in the window were back lit by the different color lights.

A Day in the Park

My daughters, my grandson and I visited the park and waxed nostalgic.
My best side.

WALL-E!  We took a stroll through the park, and I was struck by how much this little viewer resembled the little robot, Wall-E, from Pixar Animation Studios film.

A Walk Down Memory Lane

A picture speaks a thousand words! This is a walk down memory lane. The two adorable cuties in this picture are my daughter and my oldest grandson. My daughter, Miakoda is ten days older than her nephew, Robert. They grew up like brother and sister, in fact everyone thought they were twins, they both had blonde hair and blue eyes.
You can see the resemblance as they grew older.
My daughter, taking up most of the couch.
Robert all grown up.
 Miakoda all grown up.

My Grandson

My grandson, Elias, was having breakfast when I snapped these pictures.
I think it was apricots or pumpkins or something that color.
I love this photo! I think it says it all!

We have had mushrooms growing on our lawn for the past few weeks, and I think the are quite beautiful. These photographs are of the underside of the mushroom.
I think they are ethereal looking.

Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire

Welcome to the Faire
 The Queen!
Pirates, dead men tell no tales!
The stocks
Chain mail shirt
 Ladies of the Court
 And finally the Joust
 The Queen's knight
 And the knight errant

Helmets on, may the best man be victorious. Of course we all know how it will end, the Queen's man always wins!
